I carried out my PhD at the University of Padova (Italy), the city in which I was born and grown, and I got the title in December 2021. In these 3 years I have been working on the measurement of charm- and beauty-hadron production in proton-proton (pp) and lead-lead (Pb-Pb) at the LHC, with a particular interest for the production of charm baryons. In addition, I have been working in the Data Preparation Group (DPG) of the ALICE Collaboration, which is in charge of the preparation of the collected data in view of the physics analyses and of the preparation of Monte Carlo simulation anchored to them. After my PhD I continued my activity as a Postdoc in Padova, then in 2023 I moved to the University of Trieste (Italy) as a Research Fellow. From January 2024 I am a Research Fellow at CERN, and I am still active in the “heavy-flavour” community of the ALICE Collaboration. From October 2021 to December 2024 I have been coordinating the AOT/Tracks group of the DPG, in charge of monitoring the quality of the tracking and providing related tools for the data analysis. Currently, I am coordinating the D2H physics analysis group, in charge of all the production measurements of heavy-flavour hadrons reconstructed via exclusive hadronic decays.

In my free time I love watching sport (mainly football and tennis) and enjoying my time with board and videogames.
